Feeling your skin might be in need of some exfoliation? We got you covered! Don't need to spend a lot of money in order to buy expensive exfoliators that probably have lots of chemicals, instead find natural ingredients that can give you the same result!
For this fantastic face mask, you probably have all you need right in your kitchen pantry. This simple yet effective recipe has been used for years and is actually known as the Bali beauty routine. The ingredients include rice flour and yogurt and you're good to go!

Why this works? The Rice flour is an age-old remedy of traditional Indian medicine to take out dead skin
from face and body. Rice and curd also nourish the skin with the required vitamins and minerals. The cooling property of rice makes the skin supple and lighter. Rice scrub is one of the best exfoliators to remove dead skin from hands and legs.
Rice contains a few sun-protecting agents like ferulic acid and allantoin, which convert it into a good natural sunscreen. Being a good anti-inflammatory agent, rice powder also soothes sunburns and prevents the skin from sun tan. Since rice powder is a bit coarse in its texture, this characteristic makes it an excellent material to be used as a scrub. The fine particles help the flaky dead skin cells leave your skin in an easier way. Rice absorbs all the sebum and leaves your skin clean, smooth and re-energized. In other words, it is exfoliating while also being soft and gentle as possible.
Then we have yogurt -which contains lactic acid, calcium, antioxidants and lots of moisture. It dissolves dead skin cells, removes the dull complexion, hydrates the skin and improves the skin tone. When combined these two make a powerful combo! So, make sure to give this mask a good try!
